OK. So i totally don't understand california weather. how in the hull, can it have a picture of a cloud and say 'cloudy' and it be 68. then the next day have a pic of a sun with a cloud, say 'partly cloudy' but it be 68. that makes NO SENCE.
then it goes just a sun, "Sunny',73- then 'mostly sunny' a sun with a faded cloud, but then it's 80. WTF
